Every sign in this listing is printed and cut at our shop on Pylon Drive, not drop-shipped from a national print broker. That matters for two reasons: we control print quality on the same equipment we run every day, and we can talk you through sizing, stake choice, or wind exposure before you order, because we're the ones who'll be printing it.
What we make
We run two sizes in this listing, 12"H x 18"W and 18"H x 24"W, each available single or double-sided, with a choice of no stake, an economy wire stake, or a premium heavier-gauge stake. All boards are 4mm corrugated plastic (coroplast), UV-printed direct so the ink doesn't peel or scratch off the way adhesive vinyl overlays can.

Choosing a size and stake
18"x24" is the size most real estate agents and contractors default to for roadside visibility from a moving car. 12"x18" reads fine at pedestrian distance, closer to a walkway or storefront, and costs less per sign if you're ordering a route of ten or more for an open house weekend.
On stakes: the economy wire stake holds fine in normal Triangle lawn soil in calm conditions. If you're placing a sign somewhere exposed, a corner lot, an open field, anywhere that catches wind off a straightaway, the premium stake's added rigidity keeps the sign from leaning or walking out of the ground overnight.
Double-sided is worth the few extra dollars for anything placed where traffic passes from both directions, a median, a four-way intersection, a shared driveway entrance. Single-sided is fine for anything backed against a fence, wall, or one-way approach.
File preparation
Send print-ready art as a vector PDF or high-resolution PNG at 150 to 300 dpi at full size. Include 1/8" bleed on all sides if your design runs to the edge. If you don't have print-ready files, our crew can build the layout from your logo and text, just note that when you submit your order.
Local pickup and shipping
Local pickup is available at our Pylon Drive location in Raleigh. We also ship nationwide for out-of-market real estate offices, contractors with multi-region operations, or anyone outside the Triangle who wants the same signs.
