- Order Processing: All orders are processed within 3-7 business days after the final approval of artwork and payment confirmation. Please note that custom orders may require additional time depending on the complexity and quantity of your order.
- Production Time: Custom products require careful production to meet our high-quality standards. Production times will vary based on the product type and quantity. Our team will provide you with an estimated production timeline when you place your order.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
- Shipping Rates: Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. The shipping fee will be displayed at checkout before you finalize your purchase.

Delivery Estimates: Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method chosen at checkout. Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days after the order has been processed and shipped. Expedited shipping options are available for faster delivery.

Shipping Carriers

Shipping Restrictions
- Domestic Shipping: We currently ship within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii.
- International Shipping: At this time, we do not offer international shipping. Please contact us directly if you have special shipping requests, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). You can use this number to track your package on the carrier's website. Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Shipments
- Damaged Shipments: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods, as they may be required for filing a claim with the carrier.
- Lost or Delayed Shipments: While we strive to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers or external factors beyond our control. If your shipment is significantly delayed or lost, please contact us so we can assist you in resolving the issue.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete when placing your order. North State Signs & Printing is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Any additional shipping costs incurred due to address errors will be the customer’s responsibility.
In-Store Pickup
For local customers, we offer an in-store pickup option at no additional charge. If you choose this option, you will be notified when your order is ready for pickup at our Raleigh, NC location:
