Leasing Signs, Sidewalk Signs, and Event Signs for Chapel Hill
North State Signs & Printing produces yard signs, sidewalk signs, and bandit signs for Chapel Hill and Carrboro customers at our shop on Pylon Drive in Raleigh. Sizes and options are in our yard sign lineup.
The Rental Market Runs on Signs
Chapel Hill has one of the largest rental markets in the Triangle, and its leasing cycle follows the academic calendar. Property managers and landlords rely on "now leasing," "for rent," and "pre-leasing" yard signs each year, often in quantity across several properties at once. Durable corrugated plastic signs with large phone numbers or a QR code to a listing page get the most response.
Foot Traffic on Franklin Street
Restaurants and shops on Franklin Street and in Carrboro see more pedestrians than drivers, so sidewalk signs and A-frames do more work here than roadside yard signs. Changeable A-frames let a business update specials daily.
Events and Move-In Weekends
Move-in weekends, game days, and community events bring heavy traffic to town, and directional and parking signs help visitors find the right entrance.
