Artwork / File Requirements

What file format should I use when submitting my document for printing?

PDF (Portable Document Format) is the most common and preferred file format for submitting digital documents. Please upload your file at the best print quality available. We prefer .pdf, .eps, or .tif files. Other file types we accept include .jpg and .ai. We also recommend sending a low resolution .jpg with every order so we can confirm all elements are visible and properly placed.

File Preparation

All fonts in files should be converted to outlines. For Corel users, strokes in the files should also be converted to outlines.

Image Sizing

For best results, images should be sized to 125 ppi at full size. At 1″=1′ scale, the image resolution should be 1500 ppi.
